The Property Claims Estimate & Repair Verification Advisor supports the Valuable Hands Repair Network through virtual desk reviews and reinspections. This remote position helps Claims and Vendor Management address complex estimates, escalations, reporting, and customer concerns. You will collaborate with leadership, Claims, and vendors while applying property claims knowledge, insurance practices, and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual desk reviews of contractor repair estimates
- Provide estimate and reinspection results against Allstate guidelines
- Respond to customer conflicts, issues, and communications virtually
- Collaborate with Claims and Vendor Management teams
- Participate in calibration activities and file trend reviews
Requirements:
- Proficiency in XactAnalysis, Xactimate, and Verisk products
- Experience or knowledge in property claims
- Understanding of property insurance and estimating practices
- Problem-solving ability for complex estimates and escalations
