This IT and Systems Integration Specialist supports technology across multiple small business entities employing fewer than 50 people. You will understand workflows, identify duplicated work, and recommend practical solutions. The position coordinates implementations, configurations, testing, system changes, and vendor support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess software and systems for efficiency and consistency
- Identify manual, duplicated, or inefficient operational processes
- Coordinate implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout
- Support registers, terminals, users, and operational technology




- Coordinate system issues affecting sales and inventory

Requirements:

- Minimum three years supporting technology in small businesses
- Experience with technical project management and systems implementation
- Experience working with software vendors and technical consultants
- Point-of-sale or inventory systems experience is an asset
- Ability to balance immediate demands with longer-term priorities
