As the App Enablement lead, you will evaluate current systems and shape modernization strategies aligned with business goals. You will refactor, rearchitect, or replace applications while coordinating DevOps, security, infrastructure, product, and development partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess legacy systems for modernization opportunities
- Create application modernization roadmaps with stakeholders
- Refactor, rearchitect, or replace legacy systems
- Develop migration strategies minimizing business disruption
- Optimize cloud performance, security, and costs

Requirements:

- 5+ years of IT experience
- At least 3 years leading modernization and cloud migration initiatives
- Proven AWS, Azure, or GCP experience
- Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
