Pharma Medica Research Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for its Contract Research Organization operations. Reporting to the Manager, Project Management, this position keeps clients updated, manages project commitments, and coordinates work among clinical, laboratory, scientific, and quality divisions. Assigned work includes analytical method development, sample analyses, bioequivalence, bioavailability, and ADME studies for generic and new chemical entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily progress of assigned projects and clients
- Maintain systems tracking PMRI contract schedules and milestones
- Obtain project milestone dates from applicable divisions
- Provide protocol development and startup timelines
- Support business contracts through client and meeting interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor of Science degree
- Two years' experience in a CRO environment
- Excellent understanding of protocols and client needs
- Explicit, effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
