As a permanent full time Primary Health Care Manager, you will lead operations across Health Centres. You will address service needs, coordinate resources, support staffing, and maintain communication with providers, partners, and Horizon leadership. The position also oversees staff processes, reporting, and education requests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify service requirements and deficiencies in current services
- Develop implementation plans with coordinators and advisory committees
- Participate in recruitment, interviews, orientation, and appraisals




- Handle attendance management and progressive disciplinary processes
- Approve education requests according to Horizon policy

Requirements:

- Healthcare or related bachelor’s degree, including Health Management
- At least five years of health care supervisory experience
- Demonstrated conflict resolution and team-building skills
- Experience negotiating services and resources between partners
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
