As Director of Care at Granite Ridge Community, you will lead clinical professionals supporting residents and families with meaningful daily care. Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Compliance Excellence, you will strengthen care processes, clinical programs, and compliance. The position requires nursing leadership, coaching, audits, infection control collaboration, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote compassionate, resident-centred care throughout the community
- Coach, train, and support nursing staff
- Monitor clinical services and individual care-plan delivery




- Coordinate clinical program performance and improvement metrics
- Participate in committees and support regulatory compliance

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse registration in positive standing
- Minimum one year of Long Term Care nursing experience
- Two to three years of managerial or supervisory healthcare experience
- Bachelor of Nursing Science or equivalent post diploma education
