This temporary Materials Management prospect focuses on aftermarket and core warranty administration. You will verify return eligibility, coordinate shipments, and exchange information with vendors, manufacturers, purchasing, inventory, engineering, and warehouse personnel. Accurate processing supports compliant claim resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review return requests and non-conformance reports
- Verify return eligibility and track Return Material Authorizations
- Arrange parts and core shipments to vendors
- Confirm bus numbers, serial numbers, and failure details
- Request missing information from internal staff

Requirements:

- Related education or equivalent education, training, and experience
- Strong knowledge of warranty claim management practices
- Ability to identify cores and parts visually
- Working knowledge of administrative policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
