CIBC seeks a Manager, Hospitality Services to oversee executive dining and catering programs, with full time in office work at CIBC Square. This one-year contract serves senior leaders, Board members, and CEO-sponsored engagements.

Within the Chief Administrative Office, you will manage the CEO Dining Program and Group Executive Leadership Team Catering Program. You will also coordinate executive events, including specialty dinners, Board Weeks, and leadership events. Success requires sound judgment, detail orientation, collaboration, and strong service focus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily CEO Dining Program delivery
- Oversee Group Executive Leadership Team catering
- Deliver Board Weeks and specialty dinners




- Partner with Corporate Events and Conference Centre teams
- Enhance menus, systems, and service standards

Requirements:

- Five years in hospitality services and event planning
- Program coordination experience in relevant environments
- Corporate dining program experience is an asset
- Ability to engage partners with respect and authenticity
- Ability to identify details and inform decisions
