This Embedded Software Developer role supports QNX Everywhere, integrating modern open-source projects with QNX technologies. Your work may span ROS2, OpenCV, ONNX Runtime, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Node.js, SQLite, and networking middleware. You will also support toolchains and target hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

- Port open-source projects and frameworks to QNX RTOS
- Integrate graphics, USB, audio, sensors, and multimedia
- Develop abstraction layers, shims, and porting libraries
- Adapt CMake, Meson, Bazel, Cargo, and BitBake
- Create demonstrations for customers and industry audiences

Requirements:

- Solid programming ability in C, C++, and Python
- Experience developing within Linux or QNX environments
- Knowledge of POSIX pthreads, IPC, memory, and sockets
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer field
- Clear communication with open-source communities
