This Manager leads tooling strategy and operations across NAVBLUE’s business applications and development setting. You will act as Technical Product Manager, translating requirements into technology solutions. The position supports software engineering squads, process owners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish infrastructure and platforms for internal development squads
- Manage source control, artifact repositories, and CI/CD pipelines
- Translate business requirements into feasible technology solutions
- Coordinate change management and controlled software releases
- Evaluate third-party tools, services, budgets,



and return on investment

Requirements:

- Minimum seven years of hands-on business systems experience
- Proven project scheduling, documentation, communication, and deadline management
- Demonstrated enterprise applications and modern development tooling expertise
- Basic understanding of AWS or similar cloud technology
- Information technology, computer science, or related degree preferred
