Drive production optimization for Saturn Oil & Gas Inc.’s Flat Lake area through well analysis, facility debottlenecking, and project economics. Work full time in Calgary.

As Production Engineer, you will analyze, design, and implement strategies that improve operated asset performance. Responsibilities span artificial lift selection, compressors, pipeline networks, new production, and OPEX reduction. You will coordinate with field and Calgary staff while supporting measurement, operations, production accounting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and optimize Flat Lake wells and facilities
- Source artificial lift systems for production improvement
- Coordinate new production delivery on time and cost
- Prepare and communicate project economics
- Provide technical support between Calgary and field teams

Requirements:

- Four-plus years in the petroleum industry
- APEGA or ASET membership in positive standing
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and Excel skills
- Experience with all artificial lift forms
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
