Guide a specialized dementia neighborhood at Chartwell, strengthening individualized life plans, family connections, and meaningful daily activities. This full-time daytime assignment is based in Guelph.

The Memory Living Manager leads all aspects of the neighborhood serving individuals with Alzheimer’s or dementia. You will maintain program standards, serve as a primary family contact, support care meetings, and coach a dedicated team. Your work helps create a clean, safe, engaging home centered on relationships and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the specialized Memory Living Neighborhood
- Implement person-centered life plans for residents
- Coordinate family conferences and care meetings

socially connected daily activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, engaging environment

Requirements:

- Three years’ experience supporting residential dementia residents
- Three years’ healthcare or senior living management preferred
- Specialized dementia care training considered an asset
- Strong communication, empathy, and team-oriented leadership
- Current provincial RPN or LPN license is an asset
