This Advisor IT Data Center Strategy position provides technical expertise across enterprise data centers, colocation facilities, and critical IT and OT environments. You will develop infrastructure designs, floor layouts, rack elevations, and equipment deployment plans. The work also includes standards development, lifecycle management, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan capacity across space, power, cooling, and resiliency requirements
- Develop rack elevations, floor layouts, and equipment deployment plans
- Maintain standards for rack configuration and infrastructure deployment
- Support migrations, consolidations, upgrades,



and infrastructure projects
- Maintain documentation for governance, audit, compliance, and knowledge transfer

Requirements:

- Four-plus years supporting data centers or critical technology infrastructure
- Robust understanding of heat loads, cooling, UPS, and HVAC capacity
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and electrical single-line diagrams
- Experience with enterprise compute, storage, network, and infrastructure appliances
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and project-support skills
