As PMO Manager, you support engineering leadership overseeing a $1.2B capital program. You partner with field personnel, project owners, and finance teams. Your analysis strengthens forecasts, reporting transparency, and decision-making across complex portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop monthly capital forecasts and identify risks or concerns
- Address performance challenges with engineering leadership and mitigation strategies
- Oversee Project Change Notice processes for budget and scope changes
- Lead reviews analyzing results, drivers, and forecast refinements
- Refresh reporting across ECC, S/4HANA, Excel, Power BI,



and platforms

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, accounting, or related field
- Five or more years of relevant reporting or analysis experience
- Excel financial modelling, VBA, Power Query, and Power BI proficiency
- Demonstrated AI prompting capability supporting analysis and efficiency
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and reporting-template construction skills
