The Hospitality Manager directs dining room and housekeeping teams and sets service standards for residents. You coordinate menus and room service, maintain restaurant-style dining, and work with the Executive Chef and General Manager or Executive Director. You also manage staffing, training, schedules, budgets, and quality checks.
