As ATB’s Technical Operations Analyst, you will help maintain stability across Client Technology Enablement Operations. Your responsibilities span SAP administration, operating systems, databases, monitoring tools, and infrastructure support. The position also requires coordination with internal stakeholders and disciplined adherence to operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate server activity and perform preventative actions
- Monitor and troubleshoot complex SAP environments daily
- Provide Tier-I infrastructure and Application Services support




- Raise ServiceNow tickets according to support guidelines
- Coordinate technical environment support with ATB stakeholders

Requirements:

- Three to four years of relevant IT operations experience
- Proven SAP and SAP BASIS administration experience
- Experience with Windows, Linux, AIX, and relevant databases
- Industry-standard monitoring and administrative tools proficiency
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science preferred
