Strengthen AGCO governance through agency oversight, compliance programs, and regulatory partnerships at its Toronto Head Office.

As Senior Advisor, you will support the Corporate Affairs, Governance, and Agency Oversight Branch. The permanent, full time role coordinates corporate compliance under the Agencies and Appointments Directive. You will lead oversight projects, assess policies and regulations, maintain regulator MOUs, and advise senior leaders on risks and recommendations. Your work supports accountability, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the Certificate of Assurance and compliance processes
- Lead oversight projects addressing corporate compliance requirements
- Review policies, regulations, and directives for compliance gaps




- Maintain MOU inventories supporting partnerships with other regulators
- Administer OMP and ETA funds, monitoring legislative compliance

Requirements:

- Relevant education in policy, law, business, or information management
- Knowledge of government decision-making and accountability frameworks
- Experience developing, managing, delivering, or evaluating programs
- Ability to manage large caseloads and politically significant requests
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe Pro, and case systems
