This Project Manager leads complex technology systems from business case development through implementation at the new long-term care home. The work connects facility design, clinical operations, IMIT strategies, and technology requirements. You will coordinate stakeholders, consultants, contractors, assigned staff, and project teams across the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop feasibility studies, technical analyses, charters, and implementation plans
- Review technology designs, working drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Align IMIT and clinical business models with facility design
- Direct staff and coordinate consultants,



contractors, and operational teams
- Track approved budgets and report variances to project leadership

Requirements:

- Seven to ten years implementing large or complex technology capital projects
- Knowledge of design, construction, procurement, and technology planning processes
- Comprehensive project management methodology knowledge and coaching ability
- Ability to manage multiple planning, design, and construction projects
- Solid communication, facilitation, organizational, and analytical skills
