Turn vehicle damage assessments into accurate repair estimates at Assured Automotive, using Audatex, Mitchell, and OEM repair procedures. Support customers throughout collision repairs.

As an Automotive Damage Appraisal Estimator, you will document repairs and parts replacement while coordinating customer needs. The position includes updating ASE, communicating with insurance companies, and following insurance client requirements. You will also align repair planning, customer communication, and delivery with WOW Operating Ways.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create accurate estimates following current OEM repair procedures
- Inform customers and insurance companies throughout repairs
- Ensure compliance with insurance programs, processes, and metrics




- Follow WOW Operating Ways for repair planning and delivery
- Participate in production walks with the management team

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic computer skills and management information systems knowledge
- Minimum one year of DRP compliance experience
- Knowledge of ASE, Progi Calendar, and Google Calendars
- Knowledge of rental management through ASE
