Assisted Living Alberta is seeking a Registered Nurse for Continuing Care’s Edmonton Zone Home Living program. This position links client needs with service delivery for palliative and end-of-life care. You will collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and internal and external partners to support established clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide case management for palliative and end-of-life clients
- Deliver direct client care and nursing services
- Coordinate appropriate internal and external resources
- Evaluate outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
- Consult with team members regarding client cases

Requirements:

- Accredited nursing education program completion
- Active or eligible College of Registered Nurses registration
- Current BCLS-HCP certification
- Independent judgment and excellent organizational skills
- Two years’ recent nursing experience within five years
