This Director leads operational risk oversight for Capital Markets and Commercial Banking. You will connect technology environments, process design, control effectiveness, operational outcomes, and residual exposure. The position partners with technology leaders, Business OROs, Risk Specialty Area teams, and senior management to strengthen risk understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Integrate technology and operational risk domain insights
- Assess business processes and technology dependencies
- Analyze incidents, loss events, and audit findings
- Identify recurring themes, root causes, and systemic concerns
- Present risk outcomes to governance forums

Requirements:

- 10+ years of relevant risk or audit experience
- Experience conducting end-to-end operational risk reviews
- Broad understanding of technology, cyber, data, and AI risks
- Experience assessing control frameworks and operational risks
- Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills
