Shape business systems and delivery backlogs as a Senior Business Analyst with Wawanesa’s Direct Venture team in a hybrid work environment.

This senior role connects business and technology while translating member needs into explicit, testable delivery requirements. You will work with Product Owners, delivery teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts across complex initiatives. Your analysis will support a new direct insurer, from discovery through implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze current and future processes using member and operational insights
- Identify gaps, improvements, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder trade-offs
- Define clear epics, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria
- Serve as primary contact for business questions and changing requests




- Confirm solutions meet business intent and acceptance criteria

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of business analysis experience with agile delivery teams
- Degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Experience with complex requirements, systems, and business processes
- Jira, Confluence, and AI-assisted tools proficiency
