Manage construction controls for Black & McDonald projects across Saskatchewan, combining Primavera P6, cost forecasting, estimating, and productivity reporting on site. Travel is required.

As Project Manager, you will direct assigned projects according to schedules, specifications, and budgets. The role reports to the Division Manager and coordinates planning, monitoring, quality, safety, contract performance, and project changes. Solid stakeholder communication supports clients, trades, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and monitor construction schedules, milestones, and project progress
- Complete monthly cost forecasts and weekly productivity reports
- Track labour productivity, work outcomes, budgets, costs, and forecasts




- Prepare project estimates and price changes in scope
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and communicate relevant project information

Requirements:

- Five or more years managing construction industry projects
- Intermediate knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and estimation
- Experience interpreting project structural designs and mechanical scopes
- Intermediate user of MS Office, Primavera P6, and Accubid
- Degree, diploma, or trade certification in construction-related studies
