This part-time, on-site position serves clients across Hawkesbury, Prescott Russell, Stormont, Dundas, and Glengarry. You will support safety and independence in clients' homes while observing, documenting, and reporting condition changes. Personal care, mobility assistance, light exercises, and light housekeeping may be required.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care in clients' homes
- Support client safety and independence
- Assist clients with mobility and light exercises
- Observe and report changes to the Manager or Supervisor
- Complete light housekeeping indicated in care plans

Requirements:
- Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Screening within the last 12 months
