Support clients at home as a Personal Support Worker with CBI Home Health in Hawkesbury, providing personal care and promoting independence. This part-time, in office position serves clients across Hawkesbury, Prescott Russell, Stormont, Dundas, and Glengarry. You will support safety and independence in clients' homes while observing, documenting, and reporting condition changes.

Personal care, mobility assistance, light exercises, and light housekeeping may be required.
