As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you will provide respectful, person-centred support that helps individuals maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their daily lives. You will assist with personal care and household routines while adapting your approach to each person’s needs and preferences.
Duties
- Provide caregiving and senior care, including support for individuals with disabilities and people living with dementia.
- Assist with medication administration in accordance with established care plans and procedures.
- Prepare meals, complete light cleaning, and support daily routines in home care or assisted living settings.
- Observe and share relevant changes in a person’s wellbeing with the appropriate care team.

Requirements
Required: Practical caregiving skills, clear communication, patience, and attention to individual needs are important for providing respectful daily support and following care plans. Preferred: Assisted living, nursing home, senior care, disability support, dementia care, medication administration, home care, meal preparation, or cleaning experience can help you adapt confidently to diverse care settings.
Pay: $17.94-$29.32 per hour
