Lead a welcoming retail store as a Pet Passionate Store Manager, guiding daily operations, supporting the team, and helping customers find products that suit their needs. This hands-on role brings together store management, customer service, sales, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and develop team members through recruiting, interviewing, training, and clear day-to-day leadership.
- Manage retail sales, sales performance, merchandising, pricing, purchasing, and store budgets.
- Oversee POS operations, cashiering, cash handling, payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks with accuracy.
- Organize schedules and priorities, communicate with customers and colleagues, and support store marketing.
- Your impact: A well-run store helps customers shop confidently and gives colleagues clear support throughout the day.

Requirements Required:



Practical communication, organization, time management, math, and leadership skills to supervise staff, manage store operations, and maintain accurate sales and financial records.

Preferred: Retail management, store or sales management, supervising experience, and strengths in customer service, retail sales, negotiation, budgeting, purchasing, merchandising, POS, payroll, cashiering, cash handling, recruiting, interviewing, training and development, marketing, bookkeeping, phone etiquette, and bilingual or multilingual communication.

Pay based on experience

Pay: From $38,500.00 per year
