Lead pharmaceutical production operations at Apotex through cGMP compliance, team supervision, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is based within a Solid Dose Production facility.The Supervisor, Production Operations oversees a specific business unit and its day-to-day performance. You will coordinate production activities, develop performance metrics, and support safety, quality, productivity, and reliability initiatives.

The position also manages direct reports and collaborates with Production Maintenance, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Validation, Formulations, and Human Resources.Key Responsibilities:

Science-related post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificateThree to five years of supervisory experience preferredLeadership experience managing performance, diversity, goals, and direct reportsMicrosoft Office literacy and SAP or ERP exposureExcellent written and spoken English communication skillsApply production leadership, cGMP knowledge, performance measurement, and continuous improvement expertise within Apotex Solid Dose Production.
