About Us Birchcliff Pharmacy Inc. is a community pharmacy in Scarborough and part of the Pharmabest group. We're a team-focused, patient-first pharmacy with a modern workflow. We're looking for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our team.
What You'll Do • Assist with preparing and processing prescriptions under the supervision of the pharmacist and pharmacy technician • Enter prescriptions and manage refills in Fillware • Assist with third-party and Ontario Drug Benefit billing and resolve claim issues • Receive, stock, and manage inventory and returns • Prepare blister packs and compliance packaging • Answer phones, assist patients at the counter, and coordinate with doctors' offices • Provide friendly, professional service to patients and healthcare partners What You Bring • Previous community pharmacy experience (required) • Experience with Fillware pharmacy software (required)
