The Controller & Strategic Finance Lead is accountable for LKSM’s financial results, reporting, analytics, and control environment. Reporting to the General Manager, this senior finance role supports margin improvement, capital planning, and operational decisions. You will mentor junior accounting and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide analysis supporting margin improvement and operating efficiencies
- Prepare management reports and maintain operational data integrity
- Lead capital planning, tracking, and project financial support
- Analyze monthly operating reports and prepare metric commentary




- Coach accounting team members and administrative staff

Requirements:

- Designated accounting skilled with progressive experience
- University degree in finance, accounting, business, or related discipline
- Five or more years of relevant financial or business services experience
- Experience in forestry or natural resources is an asset
- Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, accuracy, and relationships
