As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will act as the primary service lead for a sophisticated Middle Market book. The portfolio includes approximately 200 clients, 300 policies, and more than $4.5M in premium volume. Your work supports construction, contracting, trades, and blue-collar operations while partnering with Producers and Marketing on retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as trusted advisor on construction coverage and risk management needs
- Conduct pre-renewal reviews and identify coverage gaps and opportunities
- Develop renewal strategies with Producers and the Marketing Team
- Review quotations, compare coverage options,



and negotiate insurer terms
- Advocate for clients regarding service, coverage, and rating concerns

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
- Experience managing complex, multi-line commercial accounts
- Robust Construction and Contractor insurance knowledge
- Active Alberta General Level 2 Insurance License required
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and large premium portfolios
