Shape Live Nation Canada’s finance operations through show settlement expertise, control leadership, and consistent accounting standards across national markets.

This Senior Director role owns the operational accounting function supporting every show, venue, and festival in Canada. You will partner with the Vice President, regional controllers, Corporate, Strategic Finance, and FP&A.; Your work will improve close reliability, reporting integrity, and operating scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own show settlement accounting, including contracts, tax, and revenue
- Account for owned and operated venues, inventory, labour, and cash
- Maintain balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, accruals, and aged AR
- Develop national playbooks, process standards, and operating metrics




- Provide dependable actuals, trends, and event-level financial insight

Requirements:

- CPA designation required with relevant bachelor’s degree
- Experience owning close and controls across multiple markets or entities
- Ability to explain complex financial outcomes to senior stakeholders
- Commercial judgment in complex, contract-settled environments
- Practical use of AI, BI, and automation tooling
