As Final Mile Manager, you lead relationships with Final Mile Partners and 3PL Provider Management. You oversee provider adherence to Arhaus standard operating procedures, required delivery deadlines, and customer-focused service. Responsibilities include performance metrics, facility presence, audits, store support, training information, invoice approval, and resolution of delivery escalations through internal and external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Final Mile Partner and 3PL provider relationships
- Ensure providers execute Arhaus standard operating procedures




- Conduct in office operational audits for accountability
- Share product information and assembly instructions with delivery teams
- Support local stores and attend transfer deliveries regularly

Requirements:

- Three to five years of logistics or home delivery experience
- Analytical ability to solve complex business challenges
- Ability to communicate and influence cross-functionally
- Flexibility for typical six a.m. start times
- Confidential handling of customer information
