As Program Manager, you will support the Stollery’s operational and medical leadership teams through strategic and tactical planning. The work includes healthcare operations, project management, analytical decision-making, communication, and coordination across internal and external partners. Foundation experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide complex, multi-phase, and multi-year initiatives
- Translate strategic direction into actionable work plans
- Engage Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Communications
- Coordinate operational teams and community stakeholders




- Provide expertise on strategies supporting the new hospital

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in healthcare, healthcare management, or business
- Five to ten years healthcare experience in complex organizations
- Strong knowledge of Stollery services and healthcare operations
- Proven communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to manage priorities and sensitive issues
