Shape ATB’s CRM test automation as a QA Lead, combining Salesforce expertise, risk management, and quality metrics within a hybrid work arrangement.

This QA Lead supports ATB’s long-term enterprise CRM journey through Salesforce Advisory CRM and platform integrations. You will build comprehensive QA coverage, optimize automation, and oversee testing throughout delivery. The position also coordinates QA engineers and analysts while connecting product, design, development, vendors, and project participants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop risk-based test plans, cases, and execution scripts
- Maintain QA coverage across automated and manual testing
- Coordinate QA engineers and analysts, assigning daily testing tasks
- Track defect rates, test coverage,



and testing progress
- Analyze changes affecting environments, plans, and integrations

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years of quality assurance and testing experience
- Three-plus years using Salesforce and nCino
- Testing methodology and testing lifecycle management experience
- Experience with PyTest, Python, and Playwright
- Knowledge of cloud-based software development and deployment
