As Safety Management and HSE Emergency Response Lead, you will tailor safety programs to local operational risks and needs. The position supports regulatory compliance through audits, inspections, drills, investigations, and corrective actions. You will also coordinate internal stakeholders, local authorities, emergency services, management, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with regulations and company safety standards
- Implement emergency response plans for local operations
- Coordinate emergency incident command and communications
- Conduct audits, inspections, drills,



and safety training
- Review incidents and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- At least three years’ emergency response and safety management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Robust project management and leadership skills
- Ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Experience with manufacturing hazards and ISO standards preferred
