Lead resident engagement at Brightwater’s The Residences by coordinating meaningful programs, wellness activities, and community service initiatives. This full time exempt manager supervises others.

The Community Engagement Manager collaborates with team members to develop and execute experiences that enhance residents’ quality of life. You will assess preferences, maintain activity information, lead scheduled programs, and support resident needs through service planning. Additional responsibilities include dining experiences, community tours, move-in procedures, and resident orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete activities evaluations for new residents
- Develop programs across recreational, spiritual, and community service categories
- Inform residents of daily activities and lead programs




- Instruct staff members to lead approved activities
- Maintain confidential information and submit required documents
