Working with business leaders and the Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, this senior analyst supports sound decision-making. Responsibilities span monthly financial reporting, annual budgeting, forecasting, revenue analysis, and performance management. The role also strengthens relationships with Operations and Accounting partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze revenue streams, operating drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Link monthly and year-to-date results to business performance
- Challenge budget and forecast assumptions constructively
- Present concise conclusions and recommendations to management




- Partner with Accounting and stakeholders to resolve reporting issues

Requirements:

- Five or more years in Finance or FP&A;
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or finance discipline
- Strong business acumen, judgment, and operational understanding
- Excellent written and verbal communication across management levels
- Adaptability, collaboration, ownership, and commitment to deadlines
