Shape electrical designs for healthcare, commercial, and municipal buildings in Grande Prairie with CIMA+, using Revit, AutoCAD, and engineering calculations.

This Intermediate Electrical Engineer position supports projects throughout Northern Alberta within CIMA+’s expanding Buildings team. You will develop lighting, power, communications, security, and fire alarm systems from planning through construction. The work combines technical design, project coordination, site investigations, client engagement, and construction support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop lighting and power distribution systems
- Model electrical designs and drawings in Revit and AutoCAD
- Complete electrical calculations and support system layouts




- Review existing conditions during field investigations
- Participate in meetings with clients and project teams

Requirements:

- More than six years in buildings-sector electrical engineering
- APEGA P.Eng. or P.L.Eng. membership eligibility
- Required working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Canadian driver’s licence with transportation for site reviews
- Integrity, team spirit, and commitment to excellence
