This Technology M&A; Due Diligence Manager role sits within RSM’s Deal Services practice. You will support private equity and strategic clients through technology diligence, post-close initiatives, and transaction phases. Responsibilities span applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, contracts, and transition services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technology workstreams in post-close engagements
- Determine entanglements between Parent and NewCo
- Support scoping, building, and pricing Transition Service Agreements
- Analyze business applications against industry requirements
- Manage transaction and run-rate cost models

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Six to eleven years of experience
- Experience in client-facing consulting engagements
- Technology diligence or post-close initiative leadership preferred
- Master’s degree preferred
