As a senior member of ENHANCE Ontario’s Software and Development Team, you will connect Epic with third-party platforms. The position supports centralized IT services for seven hospitals and shared clinical information systems. You will make architectural decisions, set technical standards, and provide hands-on mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design integrations between Epic and third-party platforms
- Set team standards for HL7, FHIR, and REST solutions
- Partner with analysts, managers, clinicians, and Epic teams
- Define testing strategies and lead peer reviews
- Maintain documentation for applications and interfaces

Requirements:

- Five or more years developing software and leading projects
- Experience with HL7, FHIR, REST, and SOAP
- Epic certification in relevant applications
