This experienced leadership position oversees mechanical work across multi-residential construction, from groundwork through commissioning and occupancy. You will motivate teams, coordinate with Project Managers, Site Superintendents, builders, suppliers, inspectors, and other trades. The work requires communication, organization, and sustained attention to project schedules, quality, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain schedules from groundwork through home occupancy
- Promote safety, professionalism, teamwork, and accountability
- Mentor team members and support apprenticeship development




- Forecast material, equipment, and manpower requirements
- Report delays, risks, costs, and productivity concerns

Requirements:

- Minimum three years leading commercial or residential crews
- Solid organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience coordinating Project Managers and other trades
- Working knowledge of Procore and Microsoft 365
- Valid Driver's License
