Support Raytheon’s defense programs as a Contracts Manager, specializing in ITAR, EAR, Controlled Goods, and complex agreement negotiation.

This senior individual contributor manages commercial and contractual activities for complex programs and related subcontracts. You will ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, government regulations, and applicable import/export legislation. The position also supports proposal development, financial performance, subcontractor alignment, and risk mitigation across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure contract fulfillment meets legal, customer, and company requirements
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer and subcontractor agreements
- Manage ITAR, EAR, Controlled Goods, and regulatory compliance




- Evaluate subcontractor proposals, capabilities, and performance
- Identify contractual risks and present mitigation recommendations

Requirements:

- 10+ years of contract management, negotiation, or administration experience
- Knowledge of defense industry regulations is preferred
- Working knowledge of import/export legislation
- Experience with international suppliers or customers
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
