The Senior Manager, Electrical leads programs that minimize downtime, improve equipment availability, and extend asset life. This position develops preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, conducts power quality assessments, and guides troubleshooting, commissioning, and startup. It also supports corporate standards and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead electrical reliability programs across manufacturing facilities
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
- Conduct power quality assessments and root cause investigations




- Plan electrical asset lifecycles and replacement strategies
- Provide technical direction to electrical and maintenance teams

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years’ progressive electrical engineering experience
- Minimum 5 years’ multi-site electrical leadership experience
- Expertise in Arc Flash Analysis and LOTO programs
- Experience with MCCs, motors, VFDs, and soft starters
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
