As Senior Legal Counsel – Technology & Trade Compliance, you will help Kepler operate across complex international requirements. Your responsibilities include export controls, government terms, intellectual property, commercial agreements, privacy, and information security. You will work with internal stakeholders and external counsel across Canadian, United States, and European engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review export controls, flow downs, intellectual property, and government terms
- Support ISED, CSA, NASA, SDA, and ESA agreements
- Provide legal support for RFPs, grants, and proposals




- Advise teams on contractual and governance matters
- Maintain compliance procedures, manuals, and protocols

Requirements:

- JD or LLB with Ontario licensing or eligibility
- Five or more years in legal and compliance functions
- Expertise in export controls and international trade law preferred
- Solid communication, negotiation, judgment, and integrity
- Hybrid availability for three-plus Toronto headquarters days
