This associate position supports a global corporate, M&A; and securities practice serving corporations and financial institutions. The team represents buyers, sellers, funds, shareholders, issuers, underwriters, and placement agents. Matters span transactions in energy, infrastructure, mining, technology, transport, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support private M&A; and public takeover matters
- Assist with debt and equity capital markets transactions
- Advise buyers, sellers, funds, and shareholders
- Represent issuers, underwriters, and placement agents
- Provide governance and general corporate advice

Requirements:

- Three to six years of related experience
- Solid organization and willingness to take initiative
- Commercial awareness when advising clients
- Excellent relationship-building and teamwork abilities
- Excellent spoken and written English and French
