This Team Lead, Mine Maintenance position supports one of the industry’s largest mining equipment fleets. You will guide employees and contractors, manage daily priorities, and strengthen equipment reliability through effective maintenance practices. The camp-based Fort Hills role includes 12-hour day and night shifts within a seven-on, seven-off rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate maintenance execution against approved daily schedules
- Champion safety through toolbox and monthly safety meetings
- Resolve barriers so workers complete maintenance tasks effectively
- Support planning with accurate job completion updates




- Uphold contracts, performance standards, and business objectives

Requirements:

- Five or more years in mine maintenance environments
- Expertise with haul trucks, shovels, and auxiliary equipment
- Leadership experience delivering maintenance and operational objectives
- Valid Alberta or Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyperson
- Solid organizational skills, SAP knowledge, and high school diploma or GED
