As Senior Manager, HR Operations and Labour Relations, you will lead day-to-day employee and labour relations support for smaller sites. The role requires expertise with collective agreements, labour and employment legislation, and unionized investigations. You will strengthen capability by coaching HR Managers and site HR teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve employee and labour relations matters across sites
- Ensure policies and agreements are applied consistently
- Support timely investigations, discipline, and grievances
- Coach HR Managers and site HR teams
- Partner with Operations on workforce priorities

Requirements:

- Proven unionized, multi-site employee relations experience
- Strong collective agreement and legislation knowledge
- Explicit recommendations for emerging people and labour risks
- Experience developing team capability and consistency
- Strong judgment for complex issue resolution
