Shape protected, compliant building operations for Sienna’s retirement and long-term care divisions through facilities oversight and performance management. This on-site Markham position includes travel.

As Senior Manager, Building Services, you will lead provincial building services and support comfortable environments for residents and team members. Your focus includes operational standards, audit methods, performance indicators, risk escalation, preventative maintenance, and service quality. The role partners with Operations and subject-matter experts on health and safety, emergency preparedness, infection prevention, and control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop audits, indicators, and data-based performance improvements
- Escalate and close compliance concerns and building risks
- Standardize tools and strengthen preventative maintenance practices




- Review trends, gaps, risks, and recurring operational issues
- Coordinate corrective and preventative actions across portfolios

Requirements:

- Ten years’ progressive experience in facilities or building operations
- Experience in complex regulated, multi-site environments strongly preferred
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop dispersed managers
- Strong judgment during urgent, complex, high-risk matters
- Excellent planning, facilitation, influence, and conflict-resolution skills
