This contract role manages purchaser inspections, deficiencies, and warranty communication before closing and beyond. You will coordinate with site supervisors, trades, customer care, sales, closings, and homeowners. The position suits professionals with three or more years in new home construction, warranty, customer care, or site administration, including PDI or deficiency management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete PDI forms in line with Tarion requirements
- Support 30-Day and Year-End warranty forms
- Answer homeowner questions and concerns professionally




- Coordinate trades and teams toward inspection and occupancy readiness
- Track open deficiencies until completion

Requirements:

- Solid communication and calm customer-focused approach
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Tarion warranty and PDI process knowledge is an asset
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Construction or customer-care software experience is an asset
